i) Endurance Massage Therapy means Lucinda Smith

ii) Endurance Massage Therapy Services means services, products, content, features, recommendations, exercise prescription and other self-care practises.

iii) Content means all content delivered via the Endurance Massage Therapy website including texts, emails, phone calls, scripts, photos, reports, referrals.

iv) Including means without limitation.

v) Personal Information means any information than can be used directly or indirectly to customise treatments. Your Personal Information also includes information you provide to Endurance Massage Therapy about someone.

vi) Purposes means the purpose for which your personal information is used and disclosed in the Endurance Massage Therapy Privacy Policy.

Endurance Massage Therapy Collects Information to build an effective treatment plan. You authorise the collection when you:

  1. Book a treatment
  2. Communicate with Lucinda about treatments or other advised modalities to try.

4. How Endurance Massage Therapy will Use This Information

4.1)To customise your treatment:

  1. Stress Management (Mental and Physical)
  2. ADL (Active Daily Living) – how you use your body and mind.
  3. Biomechanics (Nutrition, hydration, medication, smoking, drugs) to assess the health and quality of your musculoskeletal system.
  4. Provide you with good self-care advice and exercise prescription.
  5. Keep you updated with any changes.

5. How Long Endurance Massage Therapy Will Hold Your Information

Endurance Massage Therapy holds information for 24 months after the last treatment had. New Client Intake Sheets will need to be submitted to update any of your personal information.

6. Request Access to Personal Information

  1. You have the right to request access to any information that Endurance Massage Therapy holds about you.
  2. Request corrections of personal information.
  3. Request to delete your personal information.

7. Minors (Ages 0-12)

Endurance Massage Therapy treats minors without supervision from the age of 13. All treatments below this age is required to be supervised by a legal guardian. 

8. What Happens If You Don’t Provide Your Details?

  1. The treatment may not be effective.
  2. The post-massage effects may be unpleasant.
  3. The client won’t be updated on any changes.
